At Jewish Hi! Story!, we bring Jewish holidays, values, and stories to life through an engaging blend of interactive storytelling and hands-on activities. Designed to captivate young audiences, this unique format combines the excitement of a game show with the depth and meaning of Jewish traditions.
What is Jewish Hi! Story!?
Jewish Hi! Story! is an immersive storytelling experience that uses Hi! Story! slides—visually engaging, narrative-driven slides projected via iPads—to guide children through Jewish holidays, values, and themes. These slides serve as the framework for each performance, creating an educational journey where kids participate in games, riddles, teamwork challenges, and all-play activities—all while engaging with Jewish stories and traditions.

High Holidays
For our High Holidays show, we incorporate A Time to Grow, a PJ Library favorite, to explore Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot. Children participate in hands-on activities that highlight the themes of reflection, renewal, and community, as they engage with games and challenges tied to the values of these holidays.
Chanukah
Our Chanukah show brings the story of the Maccabees to life with an immersive retelling of the Chanukah miracle. Kids take part in a variety of themed activities, including a fun dreidel game, reenacting the Maccabees’ journey, and a stunning light show to celebrate the Festival of Lights.
